| 摘 要： | 目的探讨支气管镜检查患者对其术前进行心理护理、人文关怀,可使患者消除紧张及恐惧心理,以提高其检查耐受性。方法由专人针对性地对60例纤维支气管镜检查前患者实施护理干预,通过护理干预观察受试对象干预前后焦虑、血压以及心率变化的情况。结果干预后患者焦虑情绪明显低于对照组(P<0.05),患者的焦虑情绪与护理干预呈正相关。结论在患者进行支气管镜检查前进行护理干预,可使之主动而有效配合纤支镜检查,从而提高检查及肺部疾病诊断的成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficiency of psychological nursing and humanistic care to eliminate tension and fear before bronchoscopy,and to improve the tolerance of examination.Methods Nursing intervention was given to 60 patients before fiberoptic bronchoscopy examination.Then the changes of anxiety,blood pressure and heart rate were recorded among the studied subjects before and after the intervention.Results Anxiety was prominently lower in patients receiving the intervention than that in the control group(P<0.05).Patients' anxiety was positively correlated to the nursing intervention.Conclusions Nursing intervention before bronchoscopy can make the patients cooperate well to the examination,thereby improving the success rates of examination and diagnosis of pulmonary diseases. |
