| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针刺透穴治疗周围性面神经麻痹临床疗效.方法:对286例周围性面神经麻痹患者辨证施治,初期采用浅刺透穴,手法以泻为主;恢复期采用浅刺透穴,手法以补为主并加艾灸.针灸治疗,1次/d,留针30 min/次,10天为1个疗程.结果:针刺透穴治疗周围性面神经麻痹总有效率为99.31%.

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the point acupuncture treatment of peripheral facial paralysis through clinical reliability.Methods：286 cases patients of peripheral facial paralysis by syndrome differentiation,the initial treatment by use of light pierced hole,the main approach to diarrhea;recovery hole pierced by light,the main way to complement and Moxibustion.1/d,the needle 30 min/time,10 days for a course of treatment.Results：218 cases recovered,accounting for 76.23%;improvement in 66 cases,accounting for 23.08%;healed in 2 cases,accounting for 0.69%;the total effective rate was 99.31%.Conclusion：Acupuncture point treatment of peripheral facial paralysis through the total effective rate was 99.31%. |
