| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中医辨证治疗视网膜静脉阻塞(RVO)的临床疗效.方法:将临床确诊为RVO的患者45例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别给予相同药物治疗,治疗组同时进行辨证论治.30天为1个疗程,连续3个疗程,观察治疗前后患者远视力、眼底出血情况.结果:2组药物对视网膜静脉阻塞均有较好疗效,但治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论... |

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical effect of treating retinal vein occlusion（RVO） with differential treatment of TCM.Methods：The patients with RVO were randomly divided into two groups：the treatment group and control group,gave correspond drug treatment respectively for 3 courses,30 days as a course of treatment.The following clinical indexes of curative effect were observed before and after treatment：vision and subhyaloid hemorrhage.Results：Both groups had the function for treating RVO,compared the clinical effect,the treatment group was superior to control group（P0.05）.Conclusions： Treating RVO with differential treatment of TCM had a better clinical effect. |
