| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the treatment efficacy of ShengMai injection combined with methylcobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods：64 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,control group with methycobal（500 pg/slice）,3 times/d,1 tablet/time,the treatment group were based on the use saline injection of 250 mL＋ShengMai intravenous infusion of 30 mL liquid,1/d.After 30 days,the hemorheology and nerve conduction velocity were measured in 2 groups.Conclusion：ShengMai injection combined with methylcobalamin can significantly improve the hemorheology in diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and the nerve conduction velocity and other indicators were better than use of single methycobal. |
