采用仿真模拟人的临床心肺复苏技术操作培训效果研究

目的评价急救技术规范化操作培训的教学效果。方法采用仿真模拟人教学的方法，对60名医学救援专业应届毕业学生，28名急诊科低年资医师，30名不同专业护士长，实施气管插管-除颤-徒手心肺复苏技术操作训练。培训后进行理论知识水平和实际操作能力考核，并与培训前做对照。结果培训后受训人员急救技术操作的正确性和熟练程度与培训前比较显著提高（P〈0．05）。理论知识水平同样较培训前有明显提高（P〈0．05）。仿真模拟人规范化技术操作培训后，对急救技能和理论知识的考核成绩表明：学生、医生和护士长3组之间无显著差异性（均P〉0．05）。结论气管插管-除颤-徒手心肺复苏技术的仿真模拟教学方式，对不同专业人员的培训具有同等的教学效果，显著提高受训人员实施急救技术操作的能力。

Evaluation of effect of cardiopulmonary resuscitation technique training accorling to stand on dized operation by using manikins

Objective To evaluate the effect of cardiopulmonary resuscitation technique training according to standardized operation by using manikins. Methods Cardiopulmonary resuscitation technique training according to standardized operation by using manikins among 60 graduating students majoring in rescuing medicine, 28 junior doctors of emergency department, and 30 nursing managers working in different departments. Endotracheal intuhation, defibrillation, chest compression and mouth-to-mouth ventilation were included in the skills training. The operation ability and theoretical level were compared before and after the training. Results The levels of operation ability and theoretical knowledge of the 2 groups after＂ training were all significantly higher than those before training （all P〈0.05）. However, there were not significant differences among these 3 groups （anP〉0.05）. Conclusion Cardiopulmonary resuscitation technique training according to standardized operation by using manikins is equally effective in different professional individuals.
