| 摘 要： | 目的探讨冠心病患者检测胆红素的意义。方法用奥林巴斯640全自动生化分析仪钒酸盐法检测血清胆红素,用酶法检测TC、TG,用直接法检测HDL-C、LDL-C,用免疫比浊法检测APOAl、APOB、LP(a)。结果冠心病组患者血清胆红素低于对照组,而TG、LDL-C、APOB均高于对照组。结论血清胆红素是潜在的防止冠心病的有效物质,故冠心病患者检测胆红素有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the significanse of bilirubin testing in patients with coronary heart disease.Method We used an Olympus 640 automatic biochemistry device to tese serum bilirubin with vandium method and examined TC,TC with enzyme method.HDL-C and LDL-C is detected by ditrct method while ApoA-I,ApoB,LP(a)with immune nephelometery.Results The serum bilirubin level in patients with coronary heart disease is lower than that of the contorls,but the level of TG,LDL-C and ApoB is higher than that of the controls.Conclusion The serum bilirubin is an potential effective substance in the prevention of coronary heart disease,so it's testing in patients with coronary heart disease is of great significance. |
