| 摘 要： | 高等教育的公平与效率问题是一个既具有理论价值又极具现实意义的重要课题。在处理教育公平与教育效率的关系时,必须在正确认识二者关系的前提下,根据实际情况权衡利弊、做出选取,同时不能忽视教育公平与效率的主观认识与客观标准。

| Abstract: | The equity and efficiency on higher education is an important program of great theoretical value and realistic meaning. To deal with the relationship between educational equity and efficiency, we must first of all realize the relationship correctly, and then measure the advantages and disadvantages to make a selection according to the actual condition. At the same time, be sure not to ignore the subjective understanding and objective standard on educational equity and efficiency. |
