| 摘 要： | 目的分析维持性血液透析患者情感障碍发生情况和原因。方法调查患者情感障碍发生率及相关因素。结果维持性血液透析患者情感障碍发生率明显高于普通人群,相关因素有心理、经济、家庭、社会等因素及疾病本身的影响。结论维持性血液透析患者存在明显情感障碍,针对其发生原因采取相关措施,可提高患者的生活质量和治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To analysis the occurrence of affective disorders and it's causes in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.Methods the incidence of affective disorders and it's related factors in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis were investigated.Results The incidence of affective disorders in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis were significantly higher than normal controls,and the psychological factors?finanical condition?family affection.social situation and impact of the illness patients suffered were related factors.Conclusion Affective disorders is obvious in the patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis and adopting suitable measures in accordance with the causes can improve patients'living quality and therapeutic effect. |
