| 摘 要： | 目的 总结针刺眶内穴所致异常情况的预防与治疗经验。方法 分析2100次针刺眶内穴过程中所致异常情况30例的发生原因,观察转归。结果 出现异常情况者经治疗后没有任何后遗症。结论 要“以预防为主”,防重于治的思想防止针刺眶内穴时发生异常情况。发生后只要采取有效的措施,则预后良好,不会造成任何后遗症。

| Abstract: | Purpose To summarize the experience of preventing and treating the abnormal condition due to needling intraorbital acupoints. Methods The causes of the abnormal condition during 2100 pricks of intraorbital acupoints were analyzed in 30 cases and the outcome observed. Results No sequela was left in the cases of the abnormal condition after treatment. Conclusion The abnormal condition due to needling intraorbital acupoints should be prevented under the idea that prevention is the first and it is more important than treatment. If the condition occurs, as long as effective measures are taken, the prognosis is good and no sequela will be left. |
