| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical significance of measurement of serum TK1 level for the diagnosis of lung cancer.Methods Serum TK1,CYFRA21-1 and NSE levels were measured with Western-blotting enhanced chemiluminescence assay and immunoradiometric analysis(IRMA) in 43 cases of lung cancer and 38 cases of healthy controls.Results The levels of serum TK1,CYFRA21-1 and NSE in the lung cancer group were(3.0±2.1)pmol/L,(15.6±12.3)ng/ml and(28.9±24.2)ng/ml respectively,which were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).The positive rates of serum TK1,CYFRA21-1 and NSE were 74.4%,51.2%,and 46.5% individually.The positive rate of serum TK1 was higher than those of serum CYFRA21-1 and NSE.Conclusion Measurement of TK1 in serum provides an useful information for diagnosing of lung cancer. |
