| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小剂量尿激酶与低分子肝素钙治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法对发病48 h内的120例急性脑硬死患者随机分为两组,治疗组60例给予尿激酶25万u静脉滴注,连用3 d,之后改用低分子肝素钙5000 u,皮下注射,每日2次,连用5 d。结果治疗组2周末总有效率为86.7%,高于对照组的68.3%(P<0.05),2周末神经功能缺损评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组出血副作用与对照组无明显差异,无颅内出血。结论小剂量尿激酶与低分子肝素钙治疗急性脑梗死安全有效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the curative effect of the small dosage urokinase and the low molecular heparin calcium on cerebral infarction(CI).Methods One hundred and twenty CI patients were divided randomly into treatment group and control group.Sixty patients in treatment group were treated with the urokinase 250,000 u for 3 days,then replaced by the low molecular heparin calcium subcutenouly twice a day,for 5 days.Results Eeffectiveness of the treatment group is 86.7%,which was higher than control group(P< 0.05).While the nerves functional defect grades was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the side effect in treatment group does not increase compare with control group.Conclusion It is a safe and effective way for CI patients cerebral infarction with small dosage urokinase and low molecular heparin calcium. |
