中枢神经系统多原发性及多源性肿瘤的MRI分析

目的 探讨中枢神经系统多原发性及多源性肿瘤的MRI诊断价值。资料与方法回顾性分析3l例经病理证实的中枢神经系统多原发性及多源性肿瘤的MRI资料。结果多原发性肿瘤17例,其中,颅内多发性胶质瘤8例,多发性脑膜瘤2例,椎管内多发性神经纤维瘤4例,神经鞘瘤3例;多源性肿瘤14例,其中10例为神经纤维瘤病合并颅内或椎管内肿瘤,有1例肿瘤细胞类型达到3种。结论MRI对多原发性肿瘤和多源性肿瘤具有重要的诊断价值。

MRI Evaluation of Multifocal Primary Tumors and Multisource Tumors in Central Nervous System

Objective To evaluate MRI in the diagnosis of multifocal primary and multisource tumors.Materials and Methods MRI findings in 31 patients with pathologically-proved multifocal primary or multisource tumors were retrospectively analyzed. Results Multifocal primary tumor was found in 17 cases, including intracranial glioma (n=8), meningioma (n=2), neurofibroma within spinal canal (n=4) and schwannoma (n=3). Multisource tumor was seen in 14 cases, of which neurofibromatosis accompanied with intracranial or intravertebral lesions was seen in 10. One tumor was composed of three different types of tumor cells.Conclusion MRI is of significant value in diagnosing multifocal primary and multisource tumors.
