合肥市2011年流脑流行前期健康人群流脑带菌率及免疫水平调查

目的了解健康人群流行性脑脊髓膜炎（流脑）带菌状况和免疫水平，为流脑的防控提供依据。方法按分层整群抽样方法，在合肥市全市四县四区一市，采集6个年龄组健康人群666人咽拭子及静脉血，分别进行脑膜炎奈瑟菌（Nm）培养及血清抗体检测。结果检测666人咽拭子Nm阳性31份，带菌率为4．7％，其中A群为2．1％，B群为1．8％，C群为0．5％，X群为0．2％，D群为0．2％，其它菌群未检出；血清抗体阳性率，A群阳性率为93．9％，C群阳性率为92．7％。结论合肥市人群流脑免疫处于较高水平，流脑流行风险不高。

Investigation on immunity level against epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis and carring status among healthy popula- tion in Hefei

Objective To understand the immunity level against epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis and earring status of neisseria meningitidis in healthy population, and to provide scientific basis for prevention and control. Methods Blood specimens and throat swab were collected from the people in 6 different aged groups from Hefei, cultured and antibody was tested. Results Among 666 subjects~ Nm was positive in 31 throat swabs, the carrier rate was 4.7%. And the carrier rate of Nm serogroup A, B, C, X, D were 2.1% , 1.8% , 0.5%, 0.2% and 0.2% respectively. The serum antibody pos- itive rate in Nm serogroup A and C were 93.9% and 92.7% respectively. Conclusion immunity level against ECM of population in Hefei was high. Prevalence risk of ECM was low in Hefei.
