喜树碱钠注射液化学稳定性的研究

摘    要:
本文应用高效液相色谱法研究了喜树碱钠盐(S-CPT)在pH=7.6的磷酸盐缓冲液中的热稳定性。实验结果表明,喜树碱钠盐受热作用,按一级动力学机理降解,降解反应的活化能为87.61KJ/mol。同时,本文应用一阶导数分光光度法研究了喜树碱钠的酸碱稳定性及光照稳定性。实验结果表明,喜树碱钠受反应介质中的OH~-离子催化,在光强为250×8Lux的荧光高压汞灯照射下,喜树碱钠按零级动力学机理光解。

Abstract:
The thermal stability of S-CPT in phosphate buffer was studied with HPLCmethod. The results showed that S-CPT followed the first order kinetics decompo-sition; the active energy was 87,61K J/mol. The light and pH stability of S-CPT in phosphate buffer were studied withthe first order derivative spectrophotometry. The results showed that the thermaldecomposition was catalyzed by (OH~-); S-CPT followed zero order kinetics decom-position by light (250×8 Lux).
