改良外侧入路人丁全髋关节置换术应用体会

目的：观察分析改良外侧入路人工全髋关节置换术的疗效。方法：回顾分析我院2007年3月～2010年9月间应用改良外侧入路人工全髋关节置换术76例，随访4个月～3年，以Harris法进行功能评定。结果：76例病人术中显露理想、出血少，手术时间短，术程顺利。4个月后患髋功能恢复良好，优良率100％。结论：改良外侧入路人工全髋关节置换术具有创伤小、出血少、显露理想、手术时间短、术后并发症少、患髋功能恢复好等优点。

The application experience of improving lateral approaches artificially total hip joint replacement

Objective： To observe and analyse the effect of improving lateral approaches artificially total hip joint replacement. Methods： Retrospecting the 76 cases of this method between March 2007 and September 2010, following up them from 4 months to 3 years, with Harris method for function evaluation. Results： 76 patients appear ideal, bleeding less, short of operative time in the surgery and the process goes smoothly. 4 months later, the ipsilateral hip function recovers well, the good rate comes to 100%. Conclusion： improving lateral approaches artificially total hip joint replacement is small trauma, less bleeding, ideal appeared, short time of the operation, less postoperative complications and the ipsilateral hip function recovers well, etc.
