穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖症40例临床观察

目的：观察穴位埋线疗法对单纯性肥胖症的治疗作用。方法：40例单纯性肥胖症患者依肥胖程度进行分级（轻度、中度、重度肥胖），运用穴位埋线方法治疗，每2周1次，共治疗16周，治疗前后分别测量患者体质量、腰围、臀围，计算体质量指数（BMI），治疗结束后评定临床疗效。结果：显效15例（32．5％）、有效18例（45％）、无效7例（17．5％），总有效率82．5％；患者腰围（P〈0．01）、臀围（P〈00．05）、体质量指数（P〈0．05）均较治疗前降低，平均体质量较治疗前降低，但差异无显著性（P〉0．05）；经临床疗效评定，轻、中度肥胖者疗效优于重度肥胖者；穴位埋线治疗过程中患者无严重不适或治疗副作用出现。结论：穴位埋线疗法可有效改善肥胖症患者的肥胖状态。对轻、中度患者疗效尤其明显。

Clinical observation on treating 40 cases of simple obesity by catgut implantation at acupoints

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of catgut implantation at acupoints on simple obesity. Method： 40 patients with simple obesity were treated by catgut implantation at acupoints per 2 weeks for 1 time, totally for 16 weeks. Body weights （BW）, waist circumferences （WC）, hip circumferences （HC） and body mass index （BMI） were assessed before and after the whole treatment. Result： Results showed that the apparent case, effective case, ineffective case and total effective rate was 15, 18, 7 and 82.5% espectively. After treatment, WC, HC and BMI decreased with significance （P〈0.05, P〈0.01 respectively）, and cases with mild or moderate obesity improved more than severeness. Conclusion： Catgut implantation at acupoints could be helpful to improve the obese physical condition, particularly in those with mild or moderate obesity.
