参麦注射液配合化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者生活质量的影响

目的：观察参麦注射液配合化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者生活质量的影响。方法：将60例患者随机分成治疗组与对照纽各30例，两组均采用NP方案化疗，28天为1周期，2个周期评价疗效。治疗纽加用参麦注射液治疗，14天为1疗程，2个疗程评价疗效。观察两组生活质量（卡氏评分）症状评分及不良反应等。结果：卡氏评分：治疗组治疗后升高，对照组则降低（P〈0．05）；症状评分：治疗组治疗后均比治疗前下降，对照组有所升高（P〈0．05）；不良反应：治疗组治疗后的血白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板减少程度较对照组轻，其中白细胞减少两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。而血红蛋白、血小板减少两组间差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论：参麦注射液能调节和改善患者的免疫功能及临床症状，减轻不良反应，提高生活质量，进一步提高治疗效果。

The effect of Shenmai injection combined with chemotherapy on life quality of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer

Objective： To observe the effect of Shenmai injection combined with chemotherapy on life quality of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and each group for 30 patients, the two groups using NP program to treat. 28 days for 1 course, after 2 cycles evaluate the effect. Treatment group treated with Shenmai injection, 14 days for 1 course, after two courses evaluated the effect. Observe the quality of life syndrome score and adverse reactions.Result： Karnofsky score： After treatment, the treatment group increased and the control group decreased （P〈0.05）; Syndrome score： The treatment group decreased after treatment than before treatment, the control group increased; Adverse reactions： After treatment, the reduction levels of white blood cells, hemoglobin, platelet were lighter than the control group, the reduction of neutropenia, comparing the two groups, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. But the reduction of hemoglobin, platelet between the two groups had no significant difference. Conclusion： Shenmai injection can adjust and improve the patients＇ immune function and clinical symptoms, reduce side effects and improve the quality of life, further improve the therapeutic effect.
