针刺左侧大包穴对青年健康男性大脑中动脉血流动力学安全性影响的研究

目的：探讨在不同时间针刺左侧大包穴对青年健康男性双侧大脑中动脉（MCA）血流动力学的影响，为临床运用该穴提供参考依据。方法：随机选取青年健康男性志愿者8例，使用经颅多普勒超声仪（TCD）探头于双侧颞窗探及大脑中动脉（MCA），针刺被测者的左侧大包穴，在针刺前10min、针刺得气时（行平补平泻手法15s后）、留针15min（行平补平泻手法15s后）、留针30min（行平补平泻手法15s后即出针时）、出针后10min分别检测大脑中动脉的收缩期最大血流速度（Vs）、舒张期最大血流速度（Vd）、平均血流速度（Vm）、搏动指数（PI）及阻抗指数（RI）的变化，并记录TCD各参数变化。结果：针刺大包穴，出针时左侧MCA的PI、RI及出针后10min的PI与针刺前10min相比较显著下降，有统计学意义（P〈0．05），其他数据无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：针刺大包穴能降低左侧MCA出针时搏动指数与阻抗指数以及出针后搏动指数，提示针刺该穴具有负性针刺累积效应。

Discussion on the security influence of acupuncture on treating ICA blood flow in the health of young people

Objective： To investigate the influence of acupuncture on treating ICA blood flow in the health of young people in different period of times, providing reference to apply the acupoint in clinical. Methods： Randomly selecting 8 cases of volunteers in young healthy male, exploring the middle cerebral artery （MCA） in the bilateral temporal with doppler ultrasonography （TCD） probe, acupuncturing the left acupoint of the persons, respectively detecting the changes of the maximum blood flow velocity （Vs） in systolic arterial of the brain, the maximum blood flow velocity in diastole （Vd）, mean velocity （Vm）, pulsatility index （PI） and resistance index （RI） in the period of 10min before the needle, needle retention for 15min, 30min and 10min after the needle, and record the changes in TCD parameters. Results： Acupuncturing the acupoint, the PI, RI of the left MCA when pulling out the needle and the PI 10min after the needle were decreased significantly compared with 10rain before the needle, there was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, there was not statistically significance in the other data （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncturing the acupoint can lower the pulsatility index when pulling out the needle on the left MCA and the pulsatility index after needle, pointing out that acupuncturing the acupoint has the cumulative effect of negative acupuncture.
