| 摘 要： | 目的：临床观察中医辨证治疗慢性疲劳综合征（CFS）的疗效。方法：将96例CFS患者随机分为2组。对照组48例，进行康复训练；治疗组48例，在康复训练同时配合中医辨证治疗。结果：总有效率对照组为75．00％，治疗组为93．75％，2组比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：康复训练配合中医辨证治疗CFS，疗效优于单纯康复训练。

Clinical effective observation on treating chronic fatigue syndrome in TCM |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe effects of treating chronic fatigue syndrome in TCM. Methods： 96 patients with CFS randomly divede them into treatment group and control group. In control group the 48 cases of rehabilitation; In treatment group the 48 cases of rehabilitation plus TCM in differentiation. Results： The total efficiency rate for 75.00% in control group, in treatment group for 93.75%, to compare two groups, have a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating CFS by rehabilitation plus TCM in differentiation, the effect is better than the rehabilitation. |
