| 摘 要： | 目的：观察益气开郁汤合西药治疗中风后抑郁症的疗效。方法：将64例患者随机分为治疗组32例，对照组32例。两组患者均口服西药氟西汀治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用自拟益气开郁汤治疗。结果：治疗组的总有效率优于对照组（P〈0．05），具有可比性。结论：益气开郁汤加减合西药可以明显提高中风后抑郁症的治疗效果，同时也无明显不良反应，值得在临床应用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe effects of treating depression after stroke with Yiqi Kaiyu decoction plus western medicine. Methods： 64 case of PSD patients were randomly divided into control group （32 cases） and treatment group （32 cases）, both groups were treated with western medicine; treatment group increase in self-make Yiqi Kaiyu decoction. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating depression after stroke with Yiqi Kaiyu decoction plus western medicine has a good effect, is being worth clinically applied. |
