| 摘 要： | 目的：观察温针灸结合运动针法治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法：将100例患者随机分为治疗组50例和对照组50例，治疗组采用温针灸结合运动针法治疗，对照组采用电针加TDP治疗，观察两组VAS和运动功能的评分变化。结果：治疗组VAS及运动功能评分较治疗前明显改善，P〈0．05，且治疗组止痛疗效优于对照组，P〈0．01。结论：温针灸结合运动针法治疗肩周炎疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating periarthritis of shoulder in warmed needle and moxibustion plus exercise needling therapy. Methods： 100 cases of periarthritis of shoulder were divided into randomly curative group treated by acupuncture with warmed needle combined with exercise needling and control group treated by electroacupuncture and TDP. Results： The scores of VAS and movement functions in both groups after treatment improved significantly compared with that before treatment （P〈0.05）. Further -more, the curative effect of treatment group was much better than that of control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The acupuncture with warmed needle combined with exercise needling may have better curative effects on patients with periarthritis of shoulder. |
