韩延华教授辨证治疗崩漏之经验

崩漏是经血非时而下，或量多如注，势若山崩，故谓之崩，即《诸病源候论》所说“忽然暴下，谓之崩中”或量少淋漓不净，状若器漏，故谓之漏，即《诸病源候论》所说“非时而下，淋沥不断，谓之漏下”。崩中漏下，互相关联，互相转化，均属于经血非时而下的出血性病证，合称为崩漏。此病是妇科的常见病，也是疑难病，近年发病率有上升的趋势。韩延华教授根据多年的临床经验，审因论治，病症结合，运用育阴止崩汤治疗此病，取得甚好疗效。
