复方联合苯溴马隆对痛风石切除术后血清尿酸水平的影响

目的：观察复方联合苯溴马隆对痛风石切除术后患者血清尿酸水平变化的影响。方法：选取在我院行痛风‘石切除术的40例患者为研究对象，采用随机表数法分为治疗组、对照组，每组各20例，术前1天及术后第3天检查患者血清尿酸水平，术后3天起治疗组给予口服四妙散加五味消毒饮以及苯溴马隆片50mg，其中，中药每日1剂，分两次温服，早晚各一次，连服14天；对照组只给予1：2服苯溴马隆片50mg，每日1次，连服14天。14天后复查血清尿酸，比较观察两组术后血清尿酸变化及治疗后血清尿酸变化情况，进行统计分析。结果：治疗组能有效降低血清尿酸水平，其作用明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：复方联合苯溴马隆片能有效降低痛风石切除术后血清尿酸水平，与单纯口服苯溴马隆对比，疗效更为显著，值得在临床上加以推广。

Effects of compound plus benzbromarone on the serum uric acid level following tophi resection

Objective： To observe changes of serum uric acid levels of patients after gout crystal hysterectomy with compound recipe and benzbromarone treatment. Methods： Chose 40 patients with gout who had gout crystal hysterectomy as the object of study. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group （group A; n=20） and treatment group （group B, n=20）. The serum uric acid levels were checked in one day before and three days after hysterectomy. Since three days after hysterectomy, treatment group were given oral administration of Simiao San plus Wuwei Xiaodu decoction and benzbromarone for 14 days, taked a dose two times a day, morning and evening, and take benzhromarone at the same time, 50mg/d. Control group only was treated with benzbromarone for 14 days, 50mg/d. To review serum uric acid and compare the changes of serum uric acid levels between two groups after treatments, then to make statistical analysis. Results： Serum uric acid levels of patients in two groups are both decrease, treatment group is more obviously compared with the control group. And difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： To oral compound recipe and benzbromarone can obviously lower serum uric acid levels of patients after gout crystal hysterectomy, to compare with the treatment only with benzbromarone, healing efficacy is more exactly, worthy of promotion in clinical.
