| 摘 要： | 目的：观察微波理疗结合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法：将68例腰椎间盘突出症者随机分为微波理疗结合推拿组（观察组）及推拿组（对照组）各34例。结果：治疗组总有效率94．12％，痊愈显效率88．24％；对照组总有效率76．47％，痊愈显效率67．65％，两组疗效比较差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论：微波理疗结合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效优于单纯推拿疗法。

Treating 34 cases of lumbar disc herniation by microwave therapy plus massage |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the effect of microwave therapy combined with massage for treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods： 68 cases of patients were randomly devided into microwave therapy plus massage therapy group （observation group） and massage group （control group）. Result： The total effective rate in treatment group was 94.12%, efficiency of recovery was 88.24%; control group, 76.47% total efficiency, the efficiency of recovery was 67.65%, difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Microwave therapy combined with massage for treatment of lumbar disc herniation better than massage therapy. |
