银汞合金桩核修复后牙牙体大面积缺损的临床疗效观察

目的:探讨银汞合金桩核修复后牙牙体大面积缺损的临床疗效。方法:选择牙体大面积缺损的后牙62颗,修复前完成根管治疗,桩核牙体预备后行银汞合金充填。经3年观察,进行临床疗效评价。结果:随访观察3年,成功57例,失败5例。其中牙尖折断2例,银汞合金充填物脱落1例,根折2例,成功率91.9%。结论:银汞合金硬度高,边缘密合,对于牙体大面积缺损的患牙行桩核牙体预备后以银汞合金充填能减少患者的就诊次数,降低医疗费用,是修复牙体大面积缺损的一种可行性方法。

Therapeutic efficacy of silver amalgam post-core restoration of posterior teeth with large area defect

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of posterior teeth with large area defect repaired with the silver amalgam post-core.Methods: 62 posterior teeth with serious dentine defect were selected,the root canal therapy was completed before the repair,and amalgam restoration was done after post and core tooth was preparaed.The clinical efficacy after three years of observation was evaluated.Results: 3-year follow-up observation: success of 57 cases,failure of 5 cases,including 2 cases with apex dentis broken after filled,1 case with silver amalgam fillings off,2 cases of root fracture.The success rate was 91.9%.Conclusion: With high hardness and close edge,silver amalgam filling large area defect of the teeth as a post-core can reduce the patient’s clinic visiting times,and reduce health care costs.It is a feasible method for filling large area defect in dental.
