| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨造血干细胞移植后检测巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染的有效方法。[方法]分别应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法、荧光定量PCR(FQ-PCR)、间接免疫荧光法(IFA)检测11名干细胞移植受者,96份标本的血清IgM抗体、血浆DNA负荷量和外周血白细胞PP65抗原。[结果]ELISA、FQ-PCR和IFA的阳性检出率分别为15.63%、34.38%、36.46%。ELISA的阳性检出率明显低于FQ-PCR和IFA法。IFA与FQ-PCR两种检测方法对CMV感染的测定结果具有良好的一致性(kappa值为0.818)。[结论]IFA和FQ-PCR是检测造血干细胞移植受者CMV早期感染较为敏感的指标,具有良好的临床应用价值。 |

| Abstract: | [Objective]To find the more efficient method for cytom egalovirus infection in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT)recipients.[Methods ]The plasma CMV-DNA loading,serum level of anti-CMV IgM and the peripheral blood leukocyte PP65 antigen were determined in 96 clinical specimens from 11 HSCT recipients by FQ-PCR,IFA and ELISA respectively.[Results]The positive rates of ELISA,FQ-PCR and IFA were 15.63%,34.38%and 36.46%respectively.IFA was concordant with FQ-PCR in detecting cytom egalovirus infectio... |
