肺心病血内皮素—1和一氧化氮含量变化

摘    要:用放射免疫分析法及分光光度比色法测定30例肺心病人血内皮素-1(ET-1)和一氧化氮(NO)含量及两者比值(ET-1/NO)。治疗前肺心病患者ET-1明显高于正常人,NOM是氏于正常人,均P〈0.01,ET-1/NO经正常人高;治疗后,ET-1显著降低,但仍高于正常人,NO无明显变化,ET-1/NO与 比较仍存在差异。表明肺心病治疗前后均有ET-1和NO失衡。提示ET-1,NO含量及比值变化 与肺

Abstract:Plasma Endothelin 1(ET 1) and serum nitric oxide(NO) were measured by radioimmunuassay(RIA) and spectrophotometric techniques in patients with cor pulmonale(group A). The results showed as follows:ET 1 was greatly higher before treatment in group A than that in control, NO was reversed(P<0 01). ET 1/NO was also higher in group A than that in control. After treatment, however, ET 1 was significantly decreased, but still higher than that in control(P<0 01), NO had no obvious change while ET 1/NO was also in a high level when compared with that in control. It is indicated that an imbalance always exist between ET 1 and NO in patients with cor pulmonale before and after treatment, which suggests that changes of ET 1 and NO are related to the pathophysiological process of cor pulmonale.
