| 摘 要： | 目的探讨骨桥蛋白（OPN）707C／T位点的基因多态性与系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）发病的关联性。方法收集SLE患者143例（年龄：39．4±12．1岁；女／男：134／9），均符合美国ACR1997分类标准，同时选择97例（年龄：34．4±9．5岁；女／男：87／10）健康体检者，采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应（VQ—PCR）检测OPN基因C707T多态性。结果707C／T位点的基因型和等位基因分布在SLE患者组和正常对照组中差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论OPN基因707C／T多态性与SLE发病无关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To examine the relationship between polymorphism of osteopontin（OPN） and pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE）. Methods One hundred and forty lhree SLE patients （Age： 39.4 ± 12. ly; female/male： 134/9） in line with the United States ACR classification criteria, and 97 cases （ Age ： 34.4 ± 9.5 y ; female/male ： 87/10） of healthy physical examination participants as control group. Polymorphism of OPN gene 707C/T was examined by using real - time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction. Results There was no significant difference in genotypic frequencies and allelic frequencies of OPN gene 707C/T between SLE patients and controls （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The results of this study suggested that polymorphism of OPN gene 707 C/T has no correlation with the susceptibility of SLE. |
