| 摘 要： | 为探讨中西医结合治疗慢性肾功能不全贫血患者的临床疗效, 32例慢性肾功能不全腹膜透析患者分为对照组16例,给予促红细胞生成素(EPO),治疗组16例在对照组治疗基础上加用中药。观察2组治疗前后肾功能(BUN,Scr),血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞压积(HCT)、血浆总蛋白(TP)变化。结果:治疗后2组BUN、Scr、Hb、HCT、TP均较治疗前显著改善(P<0 .05,P<0. 01),且治疗组改善明显优于对照组(P<0 .01);EPO的维持量治疗组明显少于对照组(P<0. 01)。提示中西医结合治疗较单纯西医治疗慢性肾功能不全贫血有明显优势。 |

| Abstract: | To observe the clinical efficacy of combined Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of renal anemia, 32 subjects on peritoneal dialysis were divided into two groups: control group in which 16 cases were treated by erythropoietin and treatment group in which 16 cases were treated by erythropoietin and Chinese herbs. The BUN, Scr, Hb, HCT and TP were measured before and after treatment in both groups. Results: After treatment, BUN, Scr, Hb, HCT and TP improved obviously (P<0.05 or P<0.01) in treatment group, with better effects than in control group (P<0.05); erythropoietin was used less in treatment group than in control group (P<0.01). It is indicated that combined Chinese and western medicine takes full advantages in the treatment of chronic renal anemia. |
