摘    要:
结直肠癌的侵袭和转移是一个相当复杂的过程。基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)其抑制剂(TIMPs)是细胞外基质降解过程中的重要酶类,与多种病理过程尤其是肿瘤的侵袭和转移有着密切的关系,并在此过程中发挥着重要的作用。现就MMPs、TIMPs的生物学作用及其与结直肠癌侵袭和转移的关系进行综述。

Abstract:
The invasion and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma is a very complicated process. Matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) and tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloprotenases (TIMPs) are critical enzymes for extracellular matrix disposing process, which closely associate with many pathologic courses, particularly with cancer invasion and metastasis, and play an important role in the invasion and metastasis process. This study summarized biological function of MMPs and TIMPs and their roles in the invasion and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma.
