青龙衣多糖对S180小鼠红细胞膜唾液酸水平、ATP酶活性及膜电位的影响

摘    要:目的考察青龙衣多糖对S180荷瘤小鼠红细胞膜唾液酸(SA)的量、Na ,K -ATP酶和Ca ,Mg -ATP酶活性,以及红细胞膜电位的影响。方法应用试剂盒测定S180荷瘤小鼠红细胞膜SA的量、红细胞膜Na ,K -ATP酶及Ca2 ,Mg2 -ATP酶的活性,利用流式细胞仪测定S180荷瘤小鼠红细胞膜电位。结果青龙衣多糖能增加S180荷瘤小鼠红细胞膜表面SA的量,3个剂量组作用显著(P<0.05);增强S180荷瘤小鼠红细胞膜Na ,K -ATP酶和Ca2 ,Mg2 -ATP酶的活性,3个剂量组作用显著(P<0.05);升高S180荷瘤小鼠红细胞膜电位,其中低剂量组作用显著(P<0.05),中、高剂量组作用非常显著(P<0.01)。结论青龙衣多糖能增强红细胞的免疫功能,这可能是青龙衣多糖抗肿瘤作用机制之一。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of Qinglongyi polysaccharide on sialic acid (SA) content, Na , K -ATP and Ca2 , Mg2 -ATPase activity, and membrane potential in erythrocytes of S180 mice. Methods Using Kit to determine the SA content and Na , K -ATPase, Ca2 , Mg2 -ATPase activity, using flow cytometry to determine the membrane potential of erythrocytes of S180 mice. Results In the treated groups with three doses, it showed Qinglongyi polysaccharide could make the SA content increased (P<0.05), the activities of Na , K -ATPase and Ca2 , Mg2 -ATPase enhanced (P<0.05), and the membrane potential in erythrocytes of S180 mice advanced; Among them, low-dose group was remarkable (P<0.05), middle- and high-dose groups were very remarkable (P<0.01). Conclusion Qinglongyi polysaccharide can enhance the erythrocyte immunity, which may be one of its most important antitumor mechanisms.
