| 摘 要： | 自2012年起,本院在借鉴军队同类医院相关管理考核标准的基础上,结合医院内部的实际情况,制定以部门和科室为单位的选择式目标管理考核体系。并根据医院的运行情况,将选择式目标管理应用于医院管理中的各个环节,取得良好效果。

| Abstract: | Based on the experiences from similar military hospital which founded related management standard,our hospital has combined its actual circumstance,and established a system of quality target management grouping by clinical department and section since 2012.We used it in each link of hospital management,then gained good effects. |
