| 摘 要： | 特大地震往往造成灾区医疗卫生体系瘫痪,无法承载大量伤病员救治需求,伤病员快速安全后送是必然选择,而空运后送快速、灵活、有效,是降低伤死率和致残率的关键。本文介绍在芦山地震后72小时内伤员空运后送组织实施体会及对策思考。

| Abstract: | Medical organizations in earthquakes area usually cannot provide a lot of rescuing the wounded patient because of the major destroy from the earthquakes.But rapid and safe evacuation is very important for the injured.And the aero evacuation is the key to reducing the mortality and disability rate for its advantages in fast,flexible and effective evacuation.The article briefly introduced the experiences of aero evacuation organization in golden relief time after the Lushan earthquake. |
