不同针刺手法对脾虚模型兔血清胃动素和胃泌素含量的影响

为探讨不同针法对兔血清胃动素及胃泌素含量的作用,实验用补法和泻法针刺健康兔及利血平化类脾虚模型兔一侧“足三里”穴。利用放射免疫法观察其针刺前后血清胃动素和胃泌素含量的变化。结果表明:对照组和脾虚组的血清胃动素的含量,无论用补法或泻法,针刺前后的自身比较以及针前组间比较均有非常显著性差异(P<0.001或P<0.005、P<0.025)。对照组和脾虚组的血清胃泌素只有针前针后的自身比较才有差别(P<0.05或P<0.01)。两种针刺手法之间的比较,上述两个指标均无统计学意义(P>0.05),说明补法和泻法均能提高健康兔及利血平化类脾虚模型兔的血清胃动素和胃泌素的含量。

Effect of Different Acupuncture Manipulations on the Content of Serum Motilin and Gastrin of Model Rabbits

In order to investigate the effect of different maipulations of acupuncture, experiments were performed on model rabbits of spleen-deficiency type and healthy rabbits as control. The content of serum motilin and gastrin before and after acupuncture was observed by puncturing Zusanli point of one side of the rabbits of both groups. The resuits indicate that for the content of serum motilin, there was greatly significant difference between two groups before acupuncture and by self-comparison before and after acupuncture (P<0.001 or P<0.005 or P<0.025); but for the content of serum gastrin, there was difference only by self-comparison before aud after acupuncture (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The results also indicate that the content of serum gastrin and motilin in both groups can be increased by reinforcing or reducing maanipulations.
