| 摘 要： | 共刺激分子CD28:CTLA-4/B7及CD40/CD40L对T细胞的活化、调节、B细胞的增殖、分化具有重要作用,共刺激分子在多发性硬化中的表达发生明显变化,它们对多发性硬化的发生、发展起着重要的促进作用,选择性阻断共刺激分子可控制疾病的发展,对多发性硬化治疗具有重要的意义。本文综述了CD28:CTLA-4/B7和CD40/CD40L生物学特性、功能,在多发性硬化的发生、发展中的作用以及相关的治疗前景。

| Abstract: | Costimulatory molecule CD28:CTLA-4/B7 and CD40/CD40L,have great effect on the activation and regulation of Tcells as well as the proliferation and differentiation,of which the expression can have great changes in multiple sclerosis.They can promote the genesis and development of this disease,selectively block the development of diseases controlled by costimulatory molecules and then have great significance for the therapy of multiple sclerosis.This article reviews CD28:CTLA-4/B7 and CD40/CD40L about its biological characteristics,function,the effect on the genesis and development of MS and related therapeutic prospects. |
