血液净化技术在重型肝炎治疗中的应用

目的：探讨血液净化技术—人工肝支持系统对重型肝炎治疗的效果。方法：采用高通量血液透析(HFD)、血液灌流(HP)、血浆置换(PE)、高通量血液透析串连血液灌流(HDF HP)、连续肾替代串连血浆置换或串连血液灌流(CRRT PE、HP)、血浆滤过吸附(PFA)等，对19例重型肝炎、肝脏衰竭患者进行治疗。结果：治愈3例(3／19，15．8％)；好转8例(8／19，24．1％)；无效2例(2／9，10．5％)；死亡6例(6／19，31．6％)。结论：血液净化技术对重型肝炎近期有效，但远期疗效仍较差，有待进一步探讨。

Application of Blood Purification in the Treatment of Severe Hepatitis

To evaluate the therapeutic effects of Severe hepatitis with blood purification.Methods:19cases severe hepatitis were treated with high flux hemodialysis(HFD),hemoperfusion(HP),plasmapheresis(PE),by connecting high flux hemodialysis with hemoperfusion(HFD+HP),continuous renal replacement therapy with hemoperfusion or plasmapheresis(CRRT+HP?PE)and plasmafiltration adsorption(PFA).Results:3cases were cured,8 cases were improved,2 cases gort no effect and 6 cases died.Concluscons:Blood purification was effective in short term for severe hepatitis,but the long-term effects was not good and need furthure study.
