| 摘 要： | [目的]观察中药玉葵清对2型糖尿病肾病早期细胞因子的干预作用，进一步探讨玉葵清临床治疗早期2型糖尿病肾病可能的作用机理。[方法]选择2型糖尿病肾病尿微量白蛋白期患者72例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组在对照组常规治疗基础上加用玉葵清颗粒。[结果]治疗前两组IL-6差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），治疗后组间IL-6具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；而IL-1β，TNF-α前后组间比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。[结论]提示中药玉葵清有抑制IL-6升高的作用。 |
