三维数字减影血管造影技术诊断脑血管疾病的价值研究

摘    要:
目的:分析三维数字减影血管造影技术诊断脑血管疾病的临床价值。方法:应用随机数字表方法从本院2018年5月~2019年5月收治的45例脑血管疾病疑似动脉瘤患者为研究对象,对所有患者均应用三维数字减影血管造影技术和CT血管造影技术进行检查,将诊断结果分别记为研究组和对照组,对比两组诊断结果的颅内动脉瘤疾病检出率和颅内动脉瘤直径。结果:研究组和对照组患者颅内动脉瘤疾病检出率为82.22%(37例)和64.44%(29例),组间差异显著(P<0.05);研究组和对照组患者检测颅内动脉瘤直径分别为(4.14±0.38)mm和(4.75±0.42)mm,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:相比CT血管造影技术应用三维数字减影血管造影技术可以显著提高脑血管疾病的检出率,效果显著。

Abstract:
Objective:To analyze the clinical value of three-dimensional digital subtraction angiography in the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases.Methods:45 patients with suspected aneurysm embolism of cerebrovascular disease admitted from May 2018 to may 2019 in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.All patients were examined by 3D digital subtraction angiography and CT angiography.The results were recorded as the study group and the control group respectively,and the diagnosis results of the two groups were compared Detection rate and diameter of intracranial aneurysm.Results:The detection rate of intracranial aneurysm in the study group and the control group was 82.22%(37)and 64.44%(29),with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);the detection diameter of intracranial aneurysm in the study group and the control group was(4.14±0.38)mm and(4.75±0.42)mm,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with CT angiography,3D DSA can significantly improve the detection rate of cerebrovascular diseases.
