急性上消化道出血的内镜诊治疗效分析

目的:分析对急性上消化道出血采取内镜诊治方案的临床疗效。方法:90例急性上消化道出血患者入院时间在2016年10月~2018年10月,对其临床资料加以回顾分析,并分析出血的原因,对其进行内镜诊疗的检出率及疗效加以总结。结果:90例患者中,内镜检查结果共85例,有3例表现是慢性浅表性胃炎或者萎缩性胃炎,有2例未观测到病变,检查准确率是94.44%。对本组85例患者进行内镜下止血,止血的成功率是95.29%(81/85),其中,有2例因出血部位不明确和1例因出血量比较大而转成手术治疗。结论:内镜检查能准确判断上消化道出血情况,为临床治疗提供有效参考,从而提高治疗效果,应用价值高。

Endoscopic Diagnosis and Treatment Effect Analysis of Acute Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment for acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods:90 patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding were admitted from October 2016 to October 2018.Their clinical data were reviewed and analyzed,the causes of the bleeding were analyzed,and the detection rate and efficacy of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment were summarized.Results:Among the 90 patients,the results of endoscopy were 85,of which 3 showed chronic superficial gastritis or atrophic gastritis,and 2 showed no observed lesions,with an accuracy rate of 94.44%.The success rate of endoscopic hemostasis in 85 patients in this group was 95.29%(81/85),among which 2 patients were transferred to surgical treatment due to unclear bleeding site and 1 patient was transferred to surgical treatment due to large amount of bleeding.Conclusion:Endoscopic examination can accurately determine the situation of upper gastrointestinal bleeding,provide effective reference for clinical treatment,thus improve the treatment effect,high application value,worthy of promotion.
