小切口非超声乳化囊外摘除人工晶体植入术治疗白内障的效果及安全性

目的:探讨小切口非超声乳化囊外摘除人工晶体植入术治疗白内障的效果及安全性。方法:选择90例2017年1月~2018年1月白内障患者据术式分组。对照组开展超声乳化囊外摘除人工晶体植入术治疗,观察组行小切口非超声乳化囊外摘除人工晶体植入术治疗。比较两组白内障手术干预效果;手术实施的时间;手术前后患者视力的情况以及生活质量情况;前房纤维素性渗出、角膜混浊水肿等并发症率。结果:观察组白内障手术干预效果高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组手术实施的时间和对照组相似,P>0.05;手术前两组视力的情况以及生活质量情况无明显差异,P>0.05;手术后观察组视力的情况以及生活质量情况优于对照组,P<0.05。观察组前房纤维素性渗出、角膜混浊水肿等并发症率和对照组相似,P>0.05。结论:白内障患者行小切口非超声乳化囊外摘除人工晶体植入术疗效非常理想,可有效改善视力,提高疗效,改善生活质量,且不增加并发症。

Effect and Safety of Small Incision Non-phacoemulsification Capsular Extraction and Intraocular Lens Implantation in the Treatment of Cataract

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of small incision non-phacoemulsification capsular extraction and intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of cataract.Methods:90 cases of cataract patients from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected according to surgical grouping.The control group received phacoemulsification with extracapsular extraction and intraocular lens implantation,while the observation group received small-incision nonphacoemulsification with extracapsular extraction and intraocular lens implantation.The effects of cataract surgery intervention were compared between the two groups.Time of operation;Visual acuity and quality of life before and after surgery;The complication rate of anterior chamber fibrinous exudation,corneal opacification and edema.Results:The effect of cataract surgery intervention in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of operation in the observation group was similar to that in the control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in visual acuity and quality of life between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05).The visual acuity and quality of life of the observation group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rates of anterior chamber fibrinous exudation and corneal opacities and edema in the observation group were similar to those in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Small incision non-phacoemulsification capsular extracapsular intraocular lens implantation for cataract patients is very effective,can effectively improve vision,improve efficacy,improve quality of life,without increasing complications.
