| 摘 要： | 应用原位末端标记法（ＴＵＮＥＬ）及免疫组化技术对３２例胃癌石蜡包埋组织进行检测。结果发现，胃癌组织中有细胞凋亡和增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）的阳性表达，二者阳性率分别为８１２５％和５６２５％。有４０６３％的胃癌组织同时有细胞凋亡和ＰＣＮＡ的表达。实验结果表明，细胞凋亡及ＰＣＮＡ的表达与胃癌的发生、发展有一定关系。二者的比值可能是判定胃癌预后的一个可靠指标。

| Abstract: | To investigate the relationship between proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA),apoptosis and gastric carcinoma,using TDT/d UTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) and immunohistochemical staining the positive rates were determined in 32 samples of gastric carcinoma.The results showed that the positive expression of PCNA and apoptosis were 81.25% and 56.25%,respectively,and both positive expressions were 40.63%.We considered that both of PCNA and apoptosis could be involved with occuring and developing of gastric carcinoma.The ratio of PCNA and apoptosis may be a reliable index to judge the prognosis of gastric carcinoma. |
