ICT-TB卡快速检测结核抗体的临床价值

为观察ＩＣＴ－ＴＢＶ卡检测结核抗体在肺结核病临床上的应用价值，随机检测２１２例病人及５０例正常人血清。结果表明，该法对活动性肺结核病人诊断的敏感性为５１．９％，特异性为９１．３％；５４例非活动性肺结核病人中有８例阳性，５０例“敏感”对照组中有１例阳性，阳性率为８．７％；８例初检阳性的化疗病例，２个月后复查有６例转为阴性。因此，ＩＣＴ－ＴＢ卡快速检测结核 对主鉴别诊断有较好的临床价值。

The Clinical Value of Rapid Detection of Tuberculosis Antibody by Using ICT-TB Test Cards

To estimate the clinical value of detection of tuberculosis antibody by using ICT-Tb test cards,sera from 212 patients were detected at random and used sera from 50 subjects whose X-ray examinations were normal as control group.Then the detecting data were analyzed by the statistical methods.The results showed that the sensitivity and specificity of this card were 51.9% and 91.3% in active tuberculosis respectively;8 cases were detected positively in 54 inactive tuberculosis cases and 1 case was found positively in 50 control sera.The false positive was 8.7%.6 out of 8 chemotherapy cases who were positive in primary detection turned to negative following two months chemotherapy.These data indicate that the ICT-TB test card is valuable in clinical diagnosis of tubercalosis and its differential diagnosis.This method is also useful in observing the efficacy of chemotherapy in treatment of tuberculosis.
