星状神经节阻滞治疗围绝经期综合征的临床观察

目的观察星状神经节阻滞(SGB)治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法200例年龄在39~57岁女性围绝经期综合征患者,采用1%利多卡因10 m l作SGB,每日1次左右交替,10~12次为1疗程。结果治愈:就诊时主诉和伴随自觉症状全部消失,无复发,计145例(72.5%);好转:就诊时主诉和多数自觉症状消失,计53例(26.5%);无效:就诊时主诉和自觉症状无改变,计2例(1.0%)。结论SGB属于1种神经平衡疗法,可调整围绝经期自主神经平衡失调,使已紊乱的植物神经和内分泌功能达到新的平衡,是消除围绝经期综合征的有效治疗方法。

The therapeutic effect of stellatum ganglion block in patients with menopausal syndrome

Objective To observe curative effect of the menopausal syndrome treated by the stellaturn ganglion block(SGB).Methods Two hundreds of women menopausal syndrome patients aged from 39 to 47 years were treated by SGB.1% lidocaine was used once a day.Ten to twelve days were a course of medical treatment.Results Previous symptoms disappeared completely and don't recured in 145 cases(72.5%);previous symptoms disappeared partly in 53 cases(26.5%);previous symptoms were no effectiveness in 2 cases(1.0%).Conclusions SGB is a kind of nerve balance treatment.It can regulate climacteric disturbance of voluntary nerve balance and make the disturbed function of vegetative nerve and neuroendocrine a new balance.So it is an effective treatment to dismiss the menopausal clinical symptoms.
