2型糖尿病合并脑梗死72例临床分析

目的　探讨 2型糖尿病合并脑梗死的危险因素。方法　对糖尿病合并脑梗死组和非脑梗死组的病程、血压、空腹血糖、餐后血糖、血脂及血尿酸等进行比较。结果　糖尿病脑梗死组的年龄、病程、高血压、空腹血糖及血清尿酸明显高于糖尿病非脑梗死组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,病程、空腹血糖及舒张期血压、血清尿酸 4个因素与 2型糖尿病脑梗死发生有关。结论　 2型糖尿病易并发脑梗死 ,严格控制血糖、血压 ,可减少脑梗死的发生及改善预后

Analysis of risk factors of cerebral infarction in type 2 diabetics

Objective To explore the risk factors of cerebral infarction in type 2 diabetics.Methods Duration,hypertension,plasma glucose,plasma lipid and uric acid were compared in type 2 diabetics with and without cerebral infarction.Results Age,duration,hypertension,fasting plasma glucose and uric acid increased significantly in type 2 diabetics with cerebral infarction compared with those without cerebral infarction.The risk factors were analysed with multiple Logistic regression,duration,fasting plasma glucose,DBP and uric acid were found correlated with cerebral infarction in type 2 diabetics.Conclusion To reduce cerebral infarction and improve prognosis in type 2 diabetics,the plasma glucose,hypertension should be controlled as early as possible.
