| 筋膜血管神经蒂食中指背侧皮瓣再造拇指 | |

| 摘 要： | 通过对手背桡侧筋膜血管的显微解剖观察，设计了以手背桡侧筋膜血管神经蒂的食、中指近节背侧及手背部“Ｙ”型岛状皮瓣转位加植骨一期再造拇指。自１９９２年８月以来，临床应用５例，均获得成功。本文着重讨论了该术式的解剖学基础、皮瓣设计、手术要点等问题。该术式不受第一、二掌背血管类型的限制，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Abstract: | Under the inspirtion of fascial island flap and through micoantomical observation,a new teachnique of thumb reconstrction has been designed by us which comprises bone graft and a Y shaped neurovascular fascial flap transfet form the dorsum of their index and middle fingers and the hand.Five clinical cases have been reconstructed successfully with this method since August 1992.The basic anatomy,flap designing,key technical points of the operation are discussed.This procedure will not be influenced by anomaly of the first and second metacarpal arteries and can be easily aplied as an alternative for thumb reconstruction. |
