| 摘 要： | 目的 分析肿瘤患者医院感染的病原菌分布及耐药性,为临床合理用药和控制医院感染提供依据.方法 对2005-2006年从肿瘤患者医院感染的各类标本中分离出的病原菌,用K-B法进行药敏试验,并对其耐药率进行分析.结果 以呼吸道标本分离率最高为57.91%,病原菌以革兰阴性杆菌为主占49.37%,真菌占36.96%,革兰阳性球菌占13.67%;病原菌的耐药率普遍较高,大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌的超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)检出率分别为54.84%和40.91%,耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌(MRS)的检出率为78.00%.结论 引起肿瘤患者医院感染的病原菌多为条件致病菌,常为多药耐药;加强其病原菌分布及耐药性监测,对指导临床合理用药,减少多药耐药菌产生,降低医院感染率具有重要意义. |
