扩张后皮瓣修复额面部皮肤缺损

目的：利用埋置扩张器扩张局部皮瓣修复面部手术后的缺损。方法：Ⅰ期手术根据12例额面部修复需要的不同特点设计并制作扩张皮瓣，U期手术切除病损区域并利用扩张皮瓣修复缺损区。结果：全组患者修复后皮损区愈合良好，瘢痕较小，功能恢复良好，效果满意。结论：额面部皮肤扩张技术的应用，使该区域的修复达到更接近正常的效果。

Repair skin defects on forehead and face with expanded flaps

Objective The application of the way of putting in a dilator under the skin to expand partial flap to repair the damaged skin after the surgery on face or forehead. Methods During the first period of treatment,according to the different characteristics and requirements of the patients of the 12 case,we designed and made the expanding flap.Then during the second period, we cut away the damaged part and used the skill of expanding flap to repair the damaged part. Results All of the patients obtained the satisfaction repaired effect.The healing of the damaged skin are very will and scar of the skin are not obviously seen.The function of it recovered well. conclusion The application of expanding the skin of the face or forehead make the part to close more to the effect of the normal state after repaired.
