摘    要:目的探讨肝移植术后如何安全有效地服用他克莫司(FK506).方法对16例肝移植病人术后他克莫司用量、血药浓度及他克莫司对神经毒性损害进行对比观察.结果不同时间段,他克莫司用药剂量大小、血药浓度高低对神经损害副反应差异有极显著性.结论他克莫司是肝移植术后安全有效的强免疫抑制剂,其神经毒副反应与他克莫司用药剂量大小、血药浓度高低及合并应用潜在性的神经毒性药物呈正相关关系.

Abstract:Objective: To study the application of FK506 after liver transplantation. Methods :16 cases of liver transplantation were applied FK506. The blood conc entration of FK506 and its neurotoxicity were detected. Results: The neurotoxic effects was obviously different with different dosage of FK50 6 according to different period post-operation,as well as different blood concen trations of FK506. Conclusions: FK506 was a potential immunosu ppressive agent for liver transplantation. And the neurotoxicity of FK506 we re related with its dosage,blood-concentration,liver function and concurre nt use of other neurotoxic agents,such as Ganciclovir and Aciclovir.
