| 摘 要： | 整形与医疗美容是一门既要治疗又需要把美学相结合的专业学科，是有别于一般医疗行为的，整形患者的心理特点与其它专科的患者的心理特点也有着很多的不同。如何妥善处理整形美容专业的医疗事故和纠纷？已成为当今医疗美容界研究的课题。本文总结分析了整形和医疗美容发生医疗纠纷的特点、原因和处理医疗纠纷应注意的相关问题。

| Abstract: | medical cosmetology and plastic was a special subject combined treatment and art. It was different from other medical visit behavior. The psychologically characteristics of cosmetology patient were also different from those of other patients. How to cope with cosmetology and plastic dispute？ It has been a important subject explored by medical cosmetology circles. The characteristic, causes and issues of cosmetology and plastic dispute were discussed. |
