颅脑损伤患者主要照顾者心理健康和应对方式的相关性研究

目的：探讨颅脑损伤患者主要照顾者心理健康和应对方式的相关性。方法：分别采用Zung焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）和医学应对问卷（MCMQ）对75名颅脑损伤患者主要照顾者的心理健康状况和生活质量水平进行调查分析。结果：颅脑损伤患者主要照顾者的SAS和SDS评分均明显高于国内常模,回避和屈服等维度评分明显高于国内常模,面对评分明显低于国内常模,差异均有高度统计学意义（均P〈0.01）;颅脑损伤患者主要照顾者的SAS和SDS评分与面对评分呈显著负相关,而与回避和屈服评分呈显著正相关（均P〈0.01）。结论：颅脑损伤患者主要照顾者的心理健康状况与应对方式密切相关,护理人员应对其实施有效的心理护理干预,引导其采用积极的应对方式。
